[UNITED PBIBS ASSOCIATION.] New York, August 4. At tbe Chicago Silver Convention violent speeabes denuunoing the attitude of Great B-itain and President Cleveland were delivered, and wild disorder ensued, but eventually a resolution in favor of a bill for the coinage of silver was oarried.
