[UNITED PBBBS ASSOCIATION.] London, August 5. Mr Stewart, the official receiver, states that after writing off a sum of 1£200,000 for depression in value, the assets of the Company are exactly equal to liabilities. Several holders of terminable debentures maintained they should be secured on the called up j capital of the Company. They quoted the Company's prospeo'us in support of their contention, and threatened to fight the matter out ia the law courts.
