Men have confessed to firing the World's Fair in order to cover extensive thefts of employees. During a Russian fete in the Chicago Exhibition an insult was paid to the picture of the Czar by Anarchists. In the melee tbat followed knives and daggers were used, and twelve perrons were wounded. The Chicago Exhibition has funds in hand, and is paying dividends.
