MINERS' STRIKE.
[united pribs association.] London, August 1. The Belgian miners offer to co-oparate with the strikers with a view of bringing on an international strike. The coke burners have joined the strike. A section of the Yorkshire mine owners offer to withdraw the notices reducing wages, and to give a pledge nod to attempt a reduotion for a year.
