The evidence Bhowed that the corespondent travelled to and fom Australia with respondent. Hearing romonraoonoerning his wife' the petitioner pretended that he was proceeding to the Heads aB. he frequently did, hot instead o! going he retained, to i his own house at night, and foand Maeneil there with his wife. A struggle ensaed, Maoneil was kioked out, and he left Danedin a few days later. Costs were given against Maoneil, tbe allocation o! damages and wifes costs to Bland over.
