The olimate of Nelson is simply perfection, being notable for itß even and regular temperature ; for the absence of fierce and sadden changes in the weather; for its mild and rational winters ; for its delightful, exhilarating and healthy atmosphere. The proprietor having satisfied himself that Nelson was in every respeot suitable for the Clapham-Combination treatment of Consumption in all its stages, which he has disoovered (after many years of anxious study and research), realised the necessity of building a.Sanatorium for the special care, cursing, and scientific treatment of paiients.
