Owing to the satisfactory development of the mine, the Directors of Scotty's Company, of Ooromandel, have decided to offer a first issue.of reserved shares to the present shave* holders. Fifteen-thousand shares have already been applied for out of a total Of 20,000. ..Applications, close on July 7.
