LONDON. June 9. Messrs Patterson and Spensely have been appointed to represent Victoria as Governors of the Imperial Institue, and Sir D. Cooper and Sir Hercules Robinson have been asked to represent New South Wales, but the latter has declined, explaining that he is pledged to represent Cape Colony.
