STOKE ROAD BOARD.

The monthly meeting of the Board wm held at Richmond on Saturday, May 2nd, when till the members were present. The minutes of the laat mealing were read and oonfirmed. Mr P. Best was re-elected Chairman and Mr Ailport Treasurer for the ensuing year. The Overseer's report was read, reporting tbe completion of the gravelling on Saxton's and Field's roads, and part completion of gravelling on Quarantine road, and forming in Poor Man's Valley ; also, that some gravelling be done on Hurley street, Schrodet's aud Aniseed Valley roads ; also that the watertablea be cleaned out ia the different districts.
