LONDON.
Febrnary 20. The Earl of Zetland, Viceroy of Ireland, is abont to pay a visit to tbe Western counties. Trust Companies representing thirty millions of oapital are arranging to compel the Argentine Republio to meets its obligations. Mr Justin M'Carthy is sending Messrs T. D. Sullivan aod Cox on a mission to Australia on bebalf of . the party who have seceded from Mr Parnell. _ In reply to a question in the House of Commons, tbe Secretary for War said the arming of the coaling stations was on the verge of completion. Armaments were also ready for King George's Sound and Torres Straits' though tbe colonies had not yet prepared the necessary works to mount the guns.
