FEARED FOUNDERING.
LONDON, • May 27. The Shaw, Savill, and Albion Company believe that the ship Marlborough, now overdue from Lyttelton, has collided with an iceberg and foundered. r The abip referred to left Lyitelton for London on January 11th, so that at the date this massage waß sent she was 136 days out. The Lyttelton * Times ' recently pointed out that had the ship met with a mishap this side of Cape Horn, but still been able to make way, Bhe would have had Valparaiso as a harbor of refuge, while had she rounded the Horn there were the Falkland Islands and Brazilian ports. Mo word of her,;however, has been heard.]
