DECEASED WIFE'S SISTER

LONDON,

April 30. In the House of Commons to-day the Deceased's Wife's Sister's Bill passed its second reading by a majority of Bixty-seven. Speaking during the debate, Sir Jas Fergusson said that the agitation in Adelaide in favor of the Bill was entirely artificial and fictitious, and was contrary to the whole religious opinion of the Colony.
