LONDON, December 21. The epidemic of influenza is so Berious as to interfere with the trade of Europe. Prinoe Albert Victor is now at Bangoon. The statement that secret orders in cypher had been despatched to the Admiral commanding on the East African etation is not confirmed, aud it is hoped that a peaceful settlement of the Zambesi difficulty will be effected.
