Claim for £3 9s 7d for rates 'unpaid Mr Gully appeared for tha plaintiff, and called the collector Mr Flett who proved tbe case. Judgment for plaintiff with coats Cs Samev,R T. Goodwin*. A similar claim for £112s 3d Judgment for plaintiff witb costs 6s.
Hooker v. Blecher claim for £7 2s 8d being an amount in dispute between the parlies who took the contract together for building the bridge from Halifax street to the Haven road.
Mr Harley appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Kingden for the defendant. Evidence having been called on both Bides at soma length His Worship gave judgment for the plaintiff for £1 6s 6d, in addition to the £3' 10s paid into eaurt and costs £ 117s.
