The weather was fine to-day, and there was a goad attendance at the match between the Maori and University teams. The former won by 17 points to 7. Tba game was a fast one, end tries were obtained by F. Warbrick, W. Warbrick, Elliot, Ellison, and W. Wynward. Only one goal was secured, and that was obtained by Ellison.
