TENDERS will be received by. the uaderL signed until MONDAY, the 10th day of September, 1888, at 5 p.m., for DEBENTURES, with Couponß Mtached, to the amount of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED .POUNDS, to be issued under the authority of "The Local Bodies Loan Act, 1886." Eash Debenture will be for the Bum of ONE HUNDRED POUNDS, repayable at the expiration of Fifteen years from the date of issue (Ist November, 1888), and bearing interest at the rate of Six per cent, per annum, payable Half-yearly. , -_ The SECURITY offered for the Loan is a Special Rate of Six per cent, on the annual rental value of all property included in the proposed Waterworks Scheme,. together with the Ordinary Rates of all Property within the Town District. ■* ■ i Eech Tender must b« for one or more.
