The first meeting ot the creditors of G, B. Vauso and.Son, of Nelson; Saddlers, bankrupts, was held at the Court House on 14th September. , ', Mr Scaife, the Deputy Assignee, presided, and Mr Pitt appeared for the debtors, while tlie creditors present and the amounts for which they had proved, were as follows :— J. H Cook nnd Co, £28; T. H. Foy, £19155; H. Hounsell, £27 193 6.1; Jas. Blick, £59 15s lOd ; P. Greenslade, £9 7s.
