To Westport, Hokitika, ana Greymouth.— Per Kennedy, this day, Thursday, at 2 p.m. i To Picton, Wellington, and' South. —Per Penguin, this day, Thursday, at 5 p.m. To Sherry Eiver, Tadmor, Fern Flat, Motupiko, Motueka Valley, Longford, Hampden, Lyell, and Eeefton.—Per Coach, to-morrow, Friday, at 7 p.m. Peince of Wales' Bibthda?, 9fch Nov., 1885 The following arrangements will be made for the Prince of Wales' Birthday:—The Postal Branch will observe a close holiday. On the evening of Saturday, the 7th, all receivers and posting boxes will be cleared, Mails usually despatched on Monday will be closed on Saturday night at 7 p.m. This ■will also apply to ships' mails. A delivery of town letters will be made over the counter on Saturday between the hours of 7 and 8 p.m. —Telegraph Branch: Hours of attendance : laoraing, 9to 10 a.m.; evening, 7 to 8 p.m. —The Telephone Exchange will remain open as usual.
