His Excellency condescended to hire the droahky No. 217, and seated therein,, to drive to Ziazd, where he alighted, and straightway disappeared. ..His Excellency did not return to his Hoteluntil 7: o'clock this morning, wearing, however, a jacket and cap, both of which were covered with mud. It was, moreover, his Excellency's pleasure to ; aprjear considerably intoxicated,!', "iThis report," concludes the ' Czas,' iq absolutely authentic., /We have seen it, and are fully responsible for its ;publicatioui"' The police official who has betrayed the secrets ot the \^araaw Detective Department 'is likely to hear of something to his disadvantage. >
