At the conclusion of the drill Colonel Pearee and Major Pitt, who inspected the Company, complimented the men oh their efficiency. His Excellency the Governor and suite leave by the Hinemoa for Auckland tomorrow, where they embark' on board the H.M.B. Emerald for the Fji. His Honor the Chief Justice, Sir James Prendergast, will be sworn in as Acting Governor. '
