This is to notify that JULES LAFONTAINE, of Ororawell; iri tbYProvjince of OtagOi: Miner, Hid, on the thirteenth day of ISovember, deposit at the office of the: Patent Officer, in the Colonial Secretary's Office, in' Wellington, a specification or instrument in writing under his hand ajad coal, particularly describing and ascertaining the riature of the said invention, and in what manner the same is to be performed ; and that by reason of such deposit the said invention is protected and secured to l)im exclusively for the .term of six calendar months thence next ensuing. A.nd I do further notify that the said Jules Lafontaine has given notice in writing at my office of his intention to proceed with hU application for Letters Patent' for the said invention, and'that I have appointed Friday, the fifth day of May next, at eleven o'clook in the forenoon, at my office, to hear and consider the said application arid all objections thereto ; and I do hereby require all persons having an interest in opposing the giant of such' Letters Patent to leave, on or before the first day of May d'oxt, at my 'office in Wellington, particulars in writing of their objections to the said application, otherwise they'will be precluded iroin 'urging the same. , i Given under my hand this twelfth, day of February, 1876.
