THE COLONIAL BANK OF NEW ZEALAND. TYTOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant JL.I to the Deed of Settlement of the Colonial Bank of New Zealand, a SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING of the PROPRIETORS of the Baid Bank will be held at the MASONIC HALL, MORAY PLACE, DUNEDIN", in the Province of Oiago, on WEDNESDAY, the 30th day of SEPTEMBER, 1874, at two o'clock p.m., for the purpose of Electing Seven Directors and Two Auditors, to be tho first Direcfors and Auditors of the said Bank. And that every proprietor who is possessed of three hundred shares at the least in the oapital of tho said Bank, and shall become a candidate for the office of Director, must give notice thereof to the Board of Directors, in writing, to be left at the offices of the said Bank, in High-street, Dunedin, aforesaid, thirty days at least before the day of election. And that every person appointed to act as proxy must be a proprietor of the said Bank; and every proxy must be in writing, under the hand of the proprietor of the shares in respect of which such proxy shall be given, and delivered to the Secretary of ihe said Bank at least twenty-four hours before the time appointed for the Baid meeting. Copies of the said Deed of Settlement, and proxy forms may be had on application at the office of the said Bank, in High-street, Dunedin aforesaid. By order of the Provisional Directors, WM. NOTICE, is hereby given to Shareholders, that to entitle them to vote at the meeting advertised to be held on the 30th day of September next, it will be necessary that they Bhould SIGN the Deed of Settlement of the Bank, or a Duplicate thereof, before that day. A Duplicate of the Deed now lies at the offices of Messrs.
