The Hawkins adultery case growing out of poly« gamy, will be presented to the grand jury. In the itnpanneling to-day the three prominent Mormons summoned, Messrs. Cannon, of the Desert News ; Townsend, of the Townsend House, and Olawson, son-in-law of Brigham Young, declared under oath they did not believe a man in polygamy guilty of adultery, and, being challenged, Chief Justice McKean rejected them as jurors.
