To Professor Holloway— Sib, —I suffered from asthma for eighteen years, accompanied with great difficulty of breathing, and severe cough, with spitting of blood. I was also afflicted with Piles. At different times I was treated by most skilful physicians, and was at length pronounced by them to be beyond cure;—as a last resource, I was induced to use your Pills and' Ointment, and in the short space of a fortnight could' walk about, and am now perfectly cured, to the astonishment of all who knew me. The action of the Kidneys and other internal organs. The immediate loss of muscular strength and nervous energy is more paW^ularly remarkable in renal than in most other diseases. Their deficient action for one day suffices to produce fever, hence the necessity for prompt aud efficient treatment.
