The Late Obange Outeage in Melbottbne.—... At the Melbourne Police Court, on Not. 29, James Hines, James Girvin, Samuel Clarke, and William Frencman, were charged with shooting with intent to kill, and after a little evidence was taken, they were remanded for seven days, as one of the principal .witnesses for the prasecufcion was lying in the hospital sufferiug from gun-shot wounds. Girvin and Clnrko were admitted to bail in two sureties of £100 each, and Frenchman and Hines in two sureties of £50 each.
