NOTICE is hereby given that a JIEETING- of RATEPAYERS will beheld in the Market pkee at noon, on MONDAY, tho 29th of July instant, for the purpose of ELECTING- FOUR MEMBERS of the BOARD OF A rOtiKS,;o supply the vacancies which will then occur by the resignation of Mr. R. Aitken, and by the retirement of Messrs. RotfT, D. Burns, and W. Wright, (whose term of office will then.expire but who are eligible for reelection). In the event of a POLL heing demanded, POLLING- will take place on tlie following day at- iho Market-place, Nelson, commencing at noon, and closing at Four o'clock p.m. Of the four members to bo elected three will hold office for two years, and one (in the place of Mr. R.
