MONDAY, November 19.
Thomas Andrews v. Thomas Thomas. —An action to recover £7 6s. for rent. Defendant applied for an adjournment of the hearing, on the grounds that his solicitor was unable to attend tbe Court that day. The case was adjourned to Richmond Court, on Monday, 3rd of December; defendant paying costs.
Thomas Andrews v. Thomas Thomas.— An action to recover £1 4s. This case was also adjourned to the next sitting of the Richmond Court. Edwin Thomas v. Christian Denker. —An action to recover 10s. for refreshments supplied. Defendant failed to appear. Judgment for the amount with costs. George Hopgood v. Joseph —An action to recover £3 55., for covering fee for "Farmer's Glory." Both plaintiff and defendant failed to appear, and the case lapsed.
