TVTOTICE is hereby given, that Town, -J-^ Suburban, and Rural Allotments, in the townships of " Foxton " and "Palmerston," in the Manawatu District, will be put up to public; auction, at this office, on WEDNESDAY, the 7th day of November next, at one o'clock p.m.

The township of TToxton is situated in the Lower Block, one! contains the shipping port, with a large number of valuable- town allotments; also, some suburban and rural sections, at Motoa, of excellent quality

Tho township of Pulmerston is situated in the Upper Manawatu Block, and contains town, suburban, and rural allotments. A large portion of the suburban and rural allotments are laid off along the bank of the Manawatu river, aud the main lines of road now in progress of formation, leading to the navigable part of tho river, the Forty Mile Bush, and Jiungitiki, concentrate on the town of Palinerston.
