TTPON reading the Petition of the said KJ Moebis Lton Mabks filed in this Court, and the several Affidavits thereunto annexed, and upon hearing Mr. Izabd, of Counsel for the said Petitioner : It is ordered that the Estate of the said Moeeis Lton Macks be SEQUESTRATED in the hands of John •Shabp, Esquire, Registrar of the Supreme Court at Nelson (if he consents to act as Sequestrator), until the hearing of the Petition, or until the further order of the Court herein : And it is further ordered that a MEETING of CREDITORS of the said Mobris Ltok Mobks, be held at Nelson, on the TWENTYFIRST DAY of JULY next, for the purpose of recommending of TRUSTEES to the Court, and the mode of winding-up the said Estate.
