In the matter of the Petition of Thomas Bush, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, in the Colony of New Zealand, Public-house Keeper; and in the matter of the Petition of Nathaniel Edwards and Company, of Nelson aforesaid, Merchants, and Henbt Hottnsell, also of Nelson aforesaid, Ironmonger, CREDITORS af the said THOMAS BUSH, and in the matter of the " Debtors Act, 1862." On the Ninth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five. UPON reading the Petition of the said Thomas Btkh, and the several Affidavits thereunto annexed, and upon hearing Mr. Izabd, of Counsel for the said Petitioners : It is ordered that upon the amendment of the Schedules of Assets to the said Petition annexed, by describing Bills of Exchange in said Schedules mentioned, that the Person and Estate of the said Petitioner, Thomas Bush, shall be protected from the date of this order, until the Twenty-third day of NOVEMBER, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five, "the time appointed for the hearing of the said Petition, or until the further order of this Court: That, until the said Twentythird day of November/the ESTATE and EFFECTS of the said Petitioner, Thomes Bush, be SEQUESTERED, and held by John Shabp, Esquire, the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Nelson: That a MEETING of the CREDITORS of the said Petitioner shall be appointed to be held at the Supreme Courthouse, Nelson, on the Fourteenth day of July next, at the hour of Three o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of recommending to the Court a Trustee or Trustees of the Estate and Effects of the said Petitioner, Thomas Bush, and some mode of winding-up the same: That the said Twenty-third day of November next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Courthouse, is hereby appointed for the hearing of the said Petition. 11£S BtthsCqtox,
