NOTICE is hereby, given that an Extra* ordinary General MEETING of the Shareholders in this Company will be held at .the Trafalgar Hotel, Nelson, on TUESDAY, the 18th July, at 7 o'clock p.m. next, to confirm the following Resolution, passed at a meeting of Shareholders held on the 15th May last: — * '• That it is oxpedient and desirable to wind up the Nelson and Marlborough Steam Steam Navigation (limited) with all convenient speed." ;. ■ " By order of the Directors, V.
