GOVERNMENT NOTICE. Provincial Secretary's Ofßce, Nelson, March 6, 1865. HIS HONOR the ACTING SUPERINTENDENT directs it to be notified, that on and after TUESDAY, the 7th instant, the sum of SIXPENCE per Ton will be charged on all BALLAST removed from the Boulder Bank, or elsewhere, within the limits of the Nelson Harbor; arid any person removing Ballast therefrom without permission from the Harbor Master, will be proceeded against under the 27th clause of the Nelson Harbor Regulations.
