NEW ADVERTISEMENTS. SALE OF VALUABLE FREEHOLD ESTATE AND SHEEP-RUN. MESSRS. NATH. EDWARDS and CO. have received instructions from the Proprietor to offer for SALE, by Private Contract, at a very low rate, in fact a great bargain,— All that very valuable Freehold Property and Sheep-run, situate in the Wangapeka Valley, known as the " Wangapeka Run." The freehold embraces 3200 acres, or thereabouts, the greater portion of which is rich alluvial soil, and covered with capital grass. There are about 60 acres • broken up, besides six good grass paddocks, contain- \ ing about 110 acres, all fenced in and subdivided, with good post and rail fencing. The flock consists of 2000 sheep more or less, of mixed ages and sexes, over 1300 being breeding ewes of superior character, with due proportion of rams, from Mr. Henby Redwood Junior's celebrated Southdown flock. On the property will be found a new five-roomed dwelling-house, new sheep yards and wool shed, dipping tanks and apparatus complete ; one team of six excellent working-bullocks ; one plough ; harrows ; two boilers; tools and implements, and all the necessary requirements of a sheep-farm. The right of run, under licence from the Crown, will extend to the watershed of the ranges on each side of the valley, running east and west, and will comprise from 10,000 to 12,000 acres exclusive of the freehold. The entire run is at present capable of carrying over 5000 sheep, and can be made by improvements to graze at least 8000. It is distant from the City of Nelson about 45 miles, with a dray road the whole way. It is easy of access and possesses the great advantage of being self bounded, one shepherd being all that is at present required. The terms of payment may be made most easy. A portion, say one-third of the purchase-money, to be paid down, while the balance, if required, can be arranged, by annual instalments, to pass over from four to six years, bearing interest at the rate of 10 per cent, per annum.
