RICHMOND.

Public Ham.—The Hall of the Agricultural Association is now in progress of erection on the Cattlo Fair Ground. It will be a large and commodious building, and will be found very useful for largo gatherings, such as public meetings, public dinners, &c, as the accommodation for these which Richmond at present affords is limited. The building is prosecuted with vigor. ; Other buildings are springing up in the village, business people enlarging their boundaries. There is plenty of vacant ground for more erections, and no doubt the time will come when Richmond will abound with villa residences.
