And I further give notice that I have caused Survey Plans of the respective road proposed to be stopped up, and the respective road proposed to be substituted for theS;ime, together with .the Book of Reference, containing the names of the Owners, Lessees, and Occupiers of the lands through which the intended new road is to pas.?, to be deposited with the Clerk to the Magistrates and with Mr. Joun- Eoyes, constable, Motueka. To stop up a certain road from the cross-road, between section 217 and 218 Motueka ; proceeding due north and dividing sections 217 from 213°, and section 215 from sections numbered respectively 215 and 216, and terminating at the bank of the Motueka river. And, to substitute in the place thereof a certain other road in the said district, 75 links in width, commencing from the said before-mentioned crossroad, and running on the western boundary of sections numbered 216 and 217 ; thence running due west into section numbered 245 for 10 chains and 32 links; and thence due north through section 215 for 10 chains, and 50 links in width, and terminating at the bank of the Motueka River.
