The firing will commence at nine o'clock precisely on each day, and competitors are cautioned to be punctual, as should any one be absent when his name is called, he will forfeit his chance, and a shot be fired in the air, which the marker will score as a miss. After nine o'clock no one will be allowed to go down the track from Brit annia Heights to the practice ground, as the firing will be in that direction. J.
