Pithey. • It is proposed to establish in Nelson a Society to bo " Jailed the Nelson Building, Land, and Investment Society; the object of which is to enable all persons by the payment of a small weekly or monthly sums, to have the advantage of a certain amount of ready money at < their command, with which they may bejome the immediate owners of houses or land. The principles on which it is proposed this Society .rill be able to effect its intended object are simply these:— ' -. That the Society consist of an unlimited number of Members or Shareholders. That the durat'oa of the Shares be limited to 10 j*ears. - . That the nominal amount of each share be £50. That the payment of a monthly subscription of ss. per share constitute a Member.
