FRENCH SIEGE FLEET FOR THE ADRIATIC.
The Marseilles correspondent of the Times says the siege fleet is fitting out at Toulon with great expedition. Independent of screw liners and frigates, it is to consist of 10 screw gunboats suitable for the shallow shores of the Adriatic. The naval equipments are so urgentthat merchant vessels are left without crews. In some cases English seamen have been taken on board French ships of war.
