The brigantine William Alfred, Captain Tinley, arrived in povt this morning, having left Sydney on the 24th ultimo. She experienced tolerably favorable weather until her arrival in the Straits on Monday last, since which time she has encountered strongeasterly winds. She brings a general cargo, consistprincipally of Eastern produce. — Ibid.
