NELSON BOARD OF WORKS. MOTICB js hereby given, that,, pursuant -*- ™ to the 4th clause of tlie " Nelson Improvement Amendment Act, 1858," the ELECTION of Seven duly qualified persons to be the NELSON BOARD of WORKS, for tlie ensuing year, will .take place at a meeting to, be held at tlie Court House, Nelson, on MONDAY, the 26th day of July, 1858, at Twelve o'clock at noon. ■ ■ Every person who has paid the last rate levied hy the present Board of Works will be entitled to vote and take part-in the above meeting. In tho event of a POLL being demanded by any candidate, or by three electors on his behalf, tho POLLING will take phco on the following day, commencing at noon, and closing at four o'clock p.m. By Order of the Board.
