The columns of the Colonitt will be open to the free discussion and elucidation of all questions on Political ' v Economy and Social Reform, when written in a temperate and non-personal spirit. The Committee will endeavour to make the Colonist an excellent Advertising or Commercial medium. Subscriptwra to be repaid by equal instalments within one, two, and three years.
