JO-' — f^ AORERE GOLDPIELDS.—FOR SALE. To Agriculturists, Sawyers,. Splitters, Brickmakers, Diggers, and Others. THE Undersigned has for Sale, within two miles of the Town of Collingwood, sections No. 22, No. 2 of block 1, and portions of sections Nos. 24, 25, and 99,—in all about 500 Acres of Land, 100 of which are covered with fern and flax, and^the other bush. Competent judges have declared the red and white pine bush to be as fine as any in the Nelson Province. Cedar and Totara are also met with. The subsoil of the open land is considered well adapted for making bricks. This compact block of land, from its extent of frontage to the River Aorere on the one side, and to the River Rua Taniwlu (navigable for coasters) and tidal creeks on the other, offering the most economical mode of conveyance for produce to all parts; from its proximity to the Plumbago and Coal fields at Pakawau, and to the rising Township of Colliugwood, presents a most favorable opportunity to gold diggers to invest their money in property that must risa in value. By the outlay of a few pounds, they can obtain a freehold property, and secure for themselves remunerative employment, when the weather will not permit them to work their claims. The block is divided into sections of ten acres and upwards; the terms are liberal; and every facility is offered to persons of moderate means to purchase a piece of really good land in one of the most valuable districts in New Zealand. A few acres are ploughed and partially fenced, there is a small orchard well stocked, and about six acres of bush cut down and ready to burn for garden ground. . Some fifteen head of cows and heifers, are running on the land, in charge of the proprietor of an adjoining section, which intending purchasers can buy, if so disposed. There is steam communication with Nelson two or three times weekly, and occasionally with Wellington and Wairau. Plans of the allotments can be seen at Mr. Gibbs' the Wharf, Collingwood; at the Trafalgar andMasonic Hotels, Nelson. '...., All other particulars may be obtained from MR. B. O. HODGSON, Nelson.
