Jons Wahhen (a native) v. John Charges Howakd.—The ilefendant claimed to know, respecting a point of'law, as to what should bo a sufficient fence l>oing charged by plaintiff'fora three-railed fence without ditch or bank. His Worship decided a thrce-i ailed foiu-e tube a good and sufficient fence against cuttle., and decided £1} 155., or los. per chain, to be the value of the fence. ■GBNTnvB.SxEMiTNG.—Cast postponed till Wednesday, 4th November.
