The ’maids, who preceded the bride to the alter, were Margaret Edmonds, Raymond Rogers, Veronica Bolton and Shirley Humphries. Dove grey mcire taffeta was worn with a Christian Dior collar, cap sleeves and a wide sash of grey lined with shell pink taffeta, finishing in a large bow at the back, over a circular skirt. A platina fox fur completed the ensemble on which a spray of violet shaded pansies was worn. Mrs. Rogers wore a blue frock with a navy blue edge to edge coat, navy blue hat and accessories, and pale blue spray. For travelling, the bride wore , an oyster shaded boucle suit, with dark brown accessories. Her model hat was brown velvet, trimmed with the same shaded feathers. Bathroom Evening Pat Magill and Peter Rogers were at the home of Mr. and Mis. C. O. Edmonds previous to their wedding, when Margaret Edwards was hostess to a bathroom evening. Margaret chose a mauve ballerina frock, trimmed with pink flowers at the waist, while the guest of honour looked charming in a smoke blue taffeta frock relieved with a silver belt.
