An educational exchange agreement was signed recently by the United States and India. Under provisions of the Fulbright Act, passed by the U.S. Congress, exchanges are financed by the sale of U.S. surplus property in other countries. Agreements already have been signed by the United States with China, Burma, the Philippine Republic, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Belgium, France, Italy, The Netherlands, Norway, Iran, Egypt, Greece, Australia and Turkey. . • -- ’ : "
