MAORI: Open over the Whole Area. NORTH: All NORTH of Pirongia Road, Borough Boundary, and the Cambridge Road. SOUTH: All south of Parawera Road and west to Pokuru-Kawhia Highway, includes Owairaka, Korakonui,’ Ngahape, Wharepuhunga, Wharepapa, Te Mawhai, Te Kawa, and South Road below Cross-Roads.
