Photograph Addict
Cranks have their little foibles, but Auckland has a peculiar kind of addict. He specialises in stealing the photographs of pratty girls and quite a few of the city’s attractive young misses must unknowningly have their pictures doing duty as pin-ups. For the third time the glass display case of Queen Street premises has been smashed, the door wrenched and the photographs of pretty girls removed. Most grievance is felt by those who have had their pictures left behind in the case by the robber. He always takes the prettiest.
