Treatment of City Milk
So rapid has been the development of city milk-treating depots in New Zealand that it has been found necessary to institute further short refresher courses for treating-house managers and their staffs. The Dairy Division of the Department .of Agriculture has arranged with Massey Agricultural College for the holding of another of these courses in market milk technique towards the end of November; In addition to the college staff, visiting speakers with specialised knowledge of their subjects have agreed to give addresses.
