Meeting With Land Sales Officer
A meeting of representatives of Federated Farmers, Te Awamutu Borough Council, and the Returned Services Association, is to be held in Te Awamutu this month to discuss with an official of the Land Sales Valuation Department, questions of land valuations in Te Awamutu and district. The matter of land values in Te Awamutu has been brought up at several meetings of the chamber by Mr S. H. Wanklyn, who advised members at their meeting last evening that for further developments in the matter under review they would have to await the outcome of the meeting with the Land Sales Officer.
