TE AWAMUTU STOCK SALE Newton King Ltd.. and Wright Stephenson Cd. Ltd. report that at their stock sale, held at Te Awamutu yesterday, a medium yarding of fft aiid store sheep came forward and met with keen competition and late values were well maintained. A large yarding of quality cattle were penned, included in which was the advertised line of three and four-year-old P.A. steers on account of Mr R. L. Fisher which came forward in excellent condition. Offered before a large bench of buyers these cattle sold under keen competition at improved values. Several lines of other useful P.A. cattle were sold under the same conditions and as a result of an animated sale a total clearance was effected. Boners were penned in the usual numbers and as a result of graziers operating, values realised were well ahead of exporters’ limits.
